Delete your Bujci account

You can delete your Bujci account at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from inside your account

  1. Sign in to Bujci.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. In the "Account" section, tap "Delete account".
  4. Confirm.
Sign in

60-day grace period

After you tap delete, your account is frozen for 60 days. Sign in during that window and everything comes back exactly as it was. After 60 days, deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently
  • Your name, email, phone number, avatar
  • All your listings (rentals and jobs)
  • All your messages
  • Saved posts and notifications
  • Location data and device tokens
  • Sign-in sessions and passkeys
What stays
  • Reviews you wrote about other people — other people's ratings depend on them. They stay attached as "Deleted user".
  • A one-way hash of your sign-in identifier plus your rating summary — no personal data. If you sign up again with the same Google or Telegram, your previous rating attaches to the new account.

Cannot sign in?

If you have lost access to your account, contact us at [email protected] from the email address, Telegram or phone number you signed up with. We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days.
